Conflicting court date for a speeding ticket in Ontario?

Hi, I have a speeding ticket, plus a fine for not having my driver's license on me (G2). I stopped in East Toronto (Scarborough). The ticket was issued last summer (2009). I am a college student and I have an exam end in Waterloo, ON on the same day of the 2 inputs and I change the date of entry. I tried calling the number on the ticket, 416-338-7320, but are not taking calls, and said contact by mail instead. How I can go about doing this? Is there a way to exploit this situation and have fallen the ticket? (A friend of mine had his father to postpone the bill twice because of conflicts and the ticket was dropped). Any suggestions as to what action should take? Thanks!

The ticket is dropped. You get some idiots that claim if you keep postponing the police did not show and they will drop. Not true. It will reschedule until the police can do. So the plans submitted, and police not to get dropped is not going to happen. I suggest you take care of their responsibilities and stop looking for loopholes exist out of its entries. You are one of the few smart people to make this question here – go to traffic school and the ticket will not affect your insurance. But if you are thinking of fighting him, you lose and you can not go to TS when struggles against a ticket, plus court costs to be added to his fine. Hope this helps.
