toronto speeding tickets
I was charged in Toronto with 150 km / h at 401 and "Stunt Drvng." What I can do?

My car has been impounded. My license was suspended. I just do not do things like that at all. I have a speeding ticket in 20 years for the 12 km / h over the limit. Do not know where my mind was but was not in how fast I went. I thought it was just a bit faster than the cars to my right at 401. When I saw the police car, looked at me and saw my speedometer 130 – I was shocked! I'm embarrassed and upset with myself (I am fighting major depression at the moment). And what terrifies me this means. I do not know what "Stunt Driving" is – I know I changed lanes once – I can not remember if I waved but usually. I have friends taken to calling me a very strong driver and most of the guys I feel sorry for not more than 5 or 10 km speed limit. Please help! I'm terrified of what this means and I have no idea what I can do about it here in Toronto! I just have not had any problems in all my 22 years of driving. What I can do?

May contact one of these organizations paralegals and combat: http://www.street-legal.ca/ http://www.legalaction.ca/index.php http://www.torontotraffictickets.com/speeding.html These paralegals are in court every day dealing with these issues and can advise what the best approach is and the best way to deal with the problem, and it is cheaper to hire a lawyer. By the way, I know the 401 also. I had to file a complaint, once with the OPP in relationship with an officer who was about to end so fast I was going back (and not in an emergency call!). If you were doing 130 kmh, it is a miracle that all the rest car will not pass!
