traffic ticket – fine of payment or the date of application for the court?
I recently attended a traffic school (4 hours) and after some days will be issued a speeding ticket. If I have to pay a fine and request traffic school. Will I be receiving traffic school (8 hours) or conviction would be reported to my driving record. Should I accept and pay the fine or attorney should be involved to help with the ticket? Please suggest how should I handle this entry. Thanks
If you were caught speeding, and then pay the traffic ticket. Yes, it will go on your permanent record. However, if you go to court and lost (which is more likely going to happen), you must also pay court costs. Keeping a lawyer and go to court to fight a speeding ticket is more expensive than just pay and facing the fact that you made a mistake.
