is there any penalty if a 16 year old is caught driving? only applies to UK?
i drive my car a bit already, even though i’m 16 and havn’t started learning yet (yeah it’s dumb). If i get caught for whatever reason is there any fine? Is there a chance I get delayed learning to drive? or will it be a typical UK “dont-do-it-again” warning that doesnt mean much.
and to clear up, i dont speed, my parents know but dont mind, and its only once a week or two on weekends that i drive.
