I’ve just had a court summons for a speeding ticket(not mine long story,)having just been made redundant will?
I be appointed a solicitor by the courts?It’s in the UK if that helps, not looking forward to it at all.

If you don’t say who was driving then im afraid if you are the registered keeper of the car then you will be liable for the fine.
There will be an ambulance chaser in the court to help you or just pop into one of their offices for advice, they will advise u on legal aid.
