Unpaid Speeding Ticket California

Have two traffic fines outstanding and I am trying to get a new job and do a background check?

I have 2 tickets for long overdue traffic that could not pay due to the lack of a good job and no money to pay overdue tickets are now over $ 1000. If you should know is to go 10 over the speed limit and the other is for not wearing a seat belt. I have an Ohio license, but now lives in California and here is where I have these entries. I applyed for a new job and they will do a background check on me. Does this appear on my background check and it hurts my chances of becoming on employees? I do not want to go to court, I know I can go to California DMV and pay the tikckets, but I just do not have the money right this second until you get a work. As was said before. Does this appear on my background check and they hurt the chances of becoming employed?

Is likely to occur in background check that could very well hurt your chances, especially if the job involves driving, but it all depends on what the company think of the tickets.
