I need to contact someone about an unpaid speeding ticket?

My boyfriend has a speeding ticket from about 2 years ago. He left the state for a while and forgot about it and his license is suspended now. He really wants to pay it now, and I am looking for a number to call to find out how much it is and how he goes about paying it. It was in Sacramento county in California. How do I go about finding this number? I don’t know where to look. Thanks!
