Speeding

1996 Crown Victoria exhaust problems.?

This should be easy for an experienced mechanic, but my Crown Vic when running in highway or road tend to like pull or drag (which is the best way to describe it I think). It handles well at or below 35 mph, but as soon as you put your foot in the accelerator pedal starts stopping time highres gain good speed, but pulling. Please help he was told that it was not Kat system or muffler. What else can be. The person told me it was the previous owner and had been doing that with him too? Really good car is worth fixing. Please help.

Sound more like a fuel supply problem. Or, what remains to pass up? If you stay in gear etc, saturation, you drag, too.
