Virginia Law Speeding
2004

If I have a speeding ticket in Virginia, but he's a Georgia driver's license, which I take traffic school?
I have a driver's license Georgia's one and has a speeding ticket in Virginia. I read that the different states have different laws on the entries of traffic school dismissal, and I have no idea whether the rules of Virginia or Georgia rules apply to me. I obviously do not want to pay the ticket, but it seems that I can be stopped anywhere, no matter what state I am, if not paid. Tickets cost sucks, but I'm more worried about the possible effects on my insurance or my record, and I want to see if there possibility of dismissing that, after the traffic school … but the question is, whose laws I have to?
No Do not expect Virginia to be a very forgiving. In, no, do not forget tol see how forgiving at all. This happened recently to a friend., Lives in the PSA, has a PA license and was caught speeding in VA. Had to hire an attorney practicing in VA guilty pleas for him and hope to have it reduced to a misdemeanor charge. No dice! He had to pay the fine, and accused the attorney more than the fine. The worst place to get a ticket in the U.S. is in Virginia, TC or Illinois. You are screwed. 30 years on the road
