virginia speeding points
I have a Virginia driver's license. How do you get points if you are speeding in another state?

Well, first I have no input and I am a very safe driver to save your insults. Now I'm very curious about this complicated problem. In Virginia, if you're going 20 mph over the speed limit or go of 80 kilometers per hour, you can get a ticket for reckless driving. Now most other states have the law of 20 mph as well, but no limit 80 mph. What if someone was doing 82 in a limit of 65 say that in New Jersey. It is 20 mph above the limit of what should be a speeding ticket normal according to the laws of New Jersey. But VA is over 80 is reckless driving. If I were to get a ticket for how they affect my VA license. Is it just a speeding ticket or reckless driving would be. I hope I made clear. Thanks for your time in advance.

They would information and punish accordingly. You only have to a fine in New Jersey, but when VA DMV receives information, which had added a sentence for and recklessness.
