Make travel license points more than one state to satisfy?

I am currently a resident of New Jersey, and recently I received a ticket for speeding Virginia (22 per course 87, 65). RECKLESS the officer had written on the ticket. I contacted the court clerk and was told that this will ITEM 6 ticket and my driving privileges in Virginia have been taken away for 30 days.
