Washington Speeding Ticket Attorney

How much does does an average speedng ticket attorney charge?

Yesterday I got a speeding ticket for going 38/25 in Federal Way Washington. I wasn’t meaning to speed, I honestly thought the speed limit was 35. The ticket was $154. I have a clean record but used my traffic school refferal 8 months ago. I’m planing on hiring an attorney to make sure this doesn’t go on my record. I’ve seen prices from $275-$350 but I also heard $150 too. What is an average price, and what are my chances?

It’s a waste of Money.

You could explain to the judge you honestly thought it was a 35 MPH zone.

Don’t lie because the judge can tell.

He might believe you and throw it out but if he doesn’t they will add court costs to the fine.
