Ok, so I have a speeding ticket for going 85 in a 70 zone. I know I'm stupid. but I have a clean driving record and no criminal record, we really just wanted to get home. so I took my ticket and sent me the picture of mitigation hearing checked and know that Washington State may postpone a ticket as every seven years.I need to know how I apply for a postponement? I can go to my court date and like asking the judge?

Have you checked the box and means that if you are eligible you will receive the necessary information. But if you've heard anything in 3 weeks call the court and ask questions about it.
