Washington State Speeding Ticket Deferral

Washington State Speeding Ticket – do I have a chance?
I just got a speeding ticket for going 106 in a 70 zone, tracked by a plane. It shows on the ticket that I went 106, 99, 86, 88, 78. I was obviously slowing down. Do I have a chance at arguing this in court? Especially because I had a recent speeding ticket deferral (from May 2008)?
Opinions? Besides that i should just not drive ever… I really don’t want to cause my parent’s insurance to go up…
What are you going to argue, that you were going 106 by mistake, or for just a little bit?
I doubt if that will impress the judge very much.
Perhaps you should try slowing down. And save your nickels up, you’ll need them to pay the higher insurance bill.
