Washington State Speeding Ticket Points

The speeding ticket, do you think would win this in court?
In the state of Washington that was the merger in one of two lanes (one lane in each direction) highway. This road has a combination of rail. I had to accelerate the merger with traffic safety. There was a car in front of behind me and several. The officer was coming towards me on track about the traffic. He also had traffic in front of him and behind. Spun I turned and gave a radar ticket to go 67 in a 55 zone. How I can make sure he got a reading of my car and not one of the others in your lane or mine? I'm pretty sure I was not going so fast. When I saw him I immediately looked at my speedometer and it was a little over 60 years. Another concern was not familiar with this road and there is only a speed signal of about 6 miles of road. I thought the law provided that is supposed to merge at speed traffic. You think I have a case? Thanks
I suppose that one could go either way. If merging traffic is moving so fast that had to speed to merge safely below, which may be a defense. On the other hand, a judge can say that even if the traffic was traveling so fast ling for accelerating then we could easily have just stopped at the side or wait until traffic was broken enough to fuse at a faster Slow safely and within the speed limit. I'll probably take this to court and at least defend my case and also determine what type of police radar were use. If the microwave age wa Kr-15, etc you may have another argument to the wrong vehicle was registered and was placed in you, but if it was a laser that can be out of gas as they are seen as though it could have been pointed in the wrong car again. My opinion is that it is cutting costs and ticket Whether or not contest it so might as well go see what a judge has to say about it. If enough confusion or potential confusion can be demonstrated then the ticket can be eliminated or at least reduce hopeful.
