Where can I find Wi laws pertaining to authorized police actions on roadways?
Examples…. 1.) Can police park on an overpass to monitor traffic speed? Don’t care so much that they are doing their job, but when i’m trying to cross the overpass and he’s parked in the right lane……. I’d get a ticket for it, why can he block traffic like that? 2.) What is the Wi law on speed traps and other highway operations? Once again, go ahead and do your job but when I see an officer on the overpass I usually see 3 or 4 immediately after him. I know what they are doing but isn’t that borderline entrapment? Just looking for some clarification.
I have already been to the Wi statutes pages and learned quite a bit about what “I” can’t do, but where are the laws that the police have to follow? I know they have to obied by some sort of laws.
