I have a speeding ticket during the holidays and the deputy wrote the wrong year (2007) to the date of my hearing.?
It's the wrong year sufficient to warrant termination of the appointment?
Well, it is obvious that understanding what the agent meant. So no. minor errors, like they have no a valid subpoena.
